Everything you need to know about ordering handcrafted furniture
Absolutely. Most of our projects start with a conversation about what you want. Custom sizing, carved names, specific wood choices, team colors — we can work with you to build exactly what you're looking for. Just send us a message through the quote form and tell us what you have in mind.
We're based in Caledonia, Wisconsin, and we primarily serve customers within a 20–30 mile radius. That includes Oak Creek, South Milwaukee, Racine, Franklin, Cudahy, St. Francis, and surrounding communities. If you're a bit further out, reach out anyway — we may still be able to help.
We primarily work with cedar and pressure-treated lumber — both are excellent choices for outdoor furniture that needs to hold up through Wisconsin weather. We use thicker boards than what most retail stores use, which makes a noticeable difference in weight, stability, and durability. If you have a specific wood preference, let us know and we'll see what we can do.
It depends on the project. A simple garden box might be ready in a few days, while a full patio set or custom build could take a couple of weeks. We'll give you a timeline estimate when we discuss your project. During busy spring and summer months, lead times may be a bit longer, so it's always a good idea to plan ahead.
We offer both delivery and pickup depending on the project size and your location. For larger pieces like patio sets and swings, delivery is usually the easiest option. We'll work out the details when you get your quote. Delivery within our primary service area is typically very reasonable.
Easy — just fill out our quote request form and tell us what you're interested in. Include any details like sizing, stain color, or custom features. We'll get back to you with a quote. You can also call us directly at (262) 488-0879 if you'd prefer to talk it through.
Our furniture is competitively priced — often comparable to or less than similar quality pieces from retail stores. The difference is you're getting thicker wood, hand-built construction, and the ability to customize your order. Most big-box outdoor furniture uses thinner lumber and machine assembly. Ours is built to be noticeably heavier and more durable.
